Admiration

Humans are the types to admire someone else who they think they wouldn't be able to become.
Other than a good appreciative gesture, if you admire someone too much bearing that thought that you wouldn't be able to become like that, it's a hindrance for your self-enhancement.

Other things that you are born with, like physical appearance and your mental state, I never believed in talent, skills are something that you hone in virtue of hard work, years and years of repetition and creation; wisdom comes from the desire to learn, observation, maturity, another years and years of undergoing of social relationship hardship and willingness to change in your own attitude.

Always aim to become more than something you admire.
Don't worry about recognition or appreciation, it will come to you on it's own after you've attained that.
