The fucking reality of life

One insight I got from the intern: This is probably the fucking reality of career life.
People with good skills/value will be used by people from higher rankings, and those people with take the credit from the former.
While, the people with good skills/value would be expecting to climb up the career ladder by showing their abilities but in result of that ended up being taken advantaged of.
Probably that is one of the unspoken reason of why sometimes people opt to stay at their comfort zone, without the ambition of aim to further level.
And the undermentioned things are just a speculation of a possibility of one conditions in a career life but thinking that if that's is one of the possibilities, life is so fucking random and it's gonna be hard to jump into this kind kind of fucking situation.
