I create these word combinations by myself hahaha..
His shoes worn out before his fat
meaning: he is one big fat lazy bum.
origin: William is fat. Both pairs of William's sport shoes has worn out from sports. But William is still fat because William doesn't control his food intake. So William is one big fat lazy bum.
