Doraemon

I've been watching few doraemon remake episodes. Better video quality but roughly same chapters and stories. How nostalgic, lol..
For the sake of practicing Japanese of course, I try to watch the doraemon without any subtitles which can be found in youtube. Type: doraemon in katakana and then watch it. The conversations are quite simple so it's not that difficult to catch. Maybe after taking jap until this far, at least can understand around 70-80%.
Erm. But until now, I just realized that doraemon, although it is very imaginative, maybe it's a bit misleading for children. All those stuff about asking doraemon for the sophisticated tools that he has for his childish and selfish wishes. "Dora here and Dora there"
Well, sometimes, I think it's good to be optimistic since dora is from the future (in the story it's 21st Century, but we are already in the 21st century and our technology is nowhere near Dora's future world.. LOL). I agree we are just at the very beginning of the 21st century and we probably may already have those kind of technology few generations after us, but I think if Doraemon and his tools were to exist, this world would have been screwed.

Anywhere door
Just say out the place, open the door and boom you are there! Imagine, if i want to assasinate the president, just say: presidential residence, president room, go in, wait for the correct moment and bang...

Time machine
seriously? Even in Doraemon adventure editions, normally the story's about Crimes related to time dimension. Such as people trying to change history and try to rule the world by going to the very past where the technology is super poor compared with an era when you can have a time machine.

Charismatic pickles
By eating the pickles, you'll get people around you to respect you and do whatever you want as if you are a charismatic king. Imagine if everyone has it.

Enlarging/reducing flashlight
anything flashed by this flashed light will increase/decrease in size. Hmph...

Turnback Time WrapCloth
Anything that you wrap in this cloth will be turned back time, so imagine if you put a chicken, after some minute, it will turn back to an egg. This means, humans can't die if they want it. When you are old just turnback to when you are young.

Translating konyaku(jelly)
Can translate even animal language to an understandable human language
Ah.. imagine if all the humanity speak same language, we don't even need to learn any language. See, if you like a girl from another country, languge won't be a problem with this jelly right? :p

Well yeah, so, after spoiling nobita with lotsa and lotsa convenient and hightech tool like this, as the result, nobita would just always cry and seek dora's help again and again.
However, I wouldn't mind to be a nobita provided i have dora.. LOL..
